Clef is a guide in the app, not a person. Ask it about one of your own songs: the key, the chords, the shapes, what might fit. Type the question, or say it.

It does not hear you play. It reads what the app worked out about your song, and says when that is not certain. Its answers come from an AI model and from the app's own music theory. Clef is for adults, 18 and over.

It never writes the song for you.

Ask for the notes that fit and you get them. The choosing is yours. It will not write you a line, a melody, a harmony or the words. Or tell it what to do: loop the chorus, slower, show me G.

One link. A room for each of you.

A teacher makes one link. Everybody who opens it gets a private room with the teacher. The teacher leaves a song and what to practise, and the takes come back to the same room.

No grades, no streaks. The teacher never sees whether you opened what they left, only what you choose to send. In a lesson room, questions to the app are off: you ask the teacher. Lessons are for adults: both of you are 18 or over.
